Examples of our planning drawings

Almost all planning applications require a drawing of some sort in order to be accepted for consideration by the local authority planning department. Here's a selection of the mandatory 2D scaled drawings prepared by us for planning applications which give an illustration of the standard of work we produce. All of our drawings are produced in the latest CAD software and are shared electronically in PDF format.

3D CGI representations of proposed projects are not mandatory for any application type, partly as they are images which are not to scale and cannot be easily measured. However they have gained popularity over the last 20 years as a means of conveying to planning officers and neighbours the merits of a well designed and thought out proposal. Below is a selection of the 3D work we have produced for our projects.
